Turning the Page

2020 was not an usual year, we can all agree on that. Although I was lucky enough to get through it without being physically sick, the stress was undeniable. With changed schedules and upended routines, writing suffered a lot. Stories and ideas continued to brew in my head though, since a storyteller’s mind never does stop dreaming.

But things have been slow. Painfully slow. When Amazon announced the Kindle Vella platform for serialized fiction, it felt like just the thing I needed to get things started again. It was a perfect way to get my new story out. So, here comes my newest venture, Killship Atlantis, on Vella.

The fun thing about Vella is the fact that readers can try out the first three episodes for free and only then need to use tokens to unlock the rest of the episodes. Killship Atlantis has four episodes published at the moment, with additional episodes ready to publish every week.

Killship Atlantis is about an archaeologist who is forced into a dangerous interplanetary mission, the course of which changes her and the world she lives in. It is a space opera brimming with action, adventure, and a touch of the paranormal.

If you enjoyed my Dark Universe series, you will enjoy this one too. It features an equally feisty and sharp female protagonist, and a story that has just as many, if not more, twists and turns. The similarities end there though. The plot could not be any more different, and in this book, I’ve brought the storytelling closer with a first-person point of view. It is just as fun, that’s for sure.

So, go on. Give the first episodes of Killship Atlantis a read, and tell me what you like and what you don’t here and through Vella. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
